Athena was featured on the coin of ancient Athens.
On the front, the coin features a picture of Athena, and on the back, one of Athena's owls.
Corinthian Coin
Athena was also featured on the coin of Corinth, except the back featured a Pegasus instead of an owl.
The front of the coin featured a picture of Athena, and the back feature a Pegasus.
